Phil Reese, the agent for the TV personality, refused to describe exactly what that evidence included, but said it was on top of "the overwhelming amount" given to NFL investigators at a meeting in New York on Nov. 11. Reese said there's only one determination that can be made from information handed over: Favre was the source of inappropriate pictures and voice mails sent to Sterger when both were employees of the Jets two seasons ago.
"We are hoping the NFL does the right thing," Reese said. "If they choose to penalize him, she feels her name has been cleared and she's been vindicated."
SI.com reported Monday that Favre wouldn't be suspended -- and might not be sanctioned at all -- for the allegations first reported by Deadspin.com in October.
