NFLPA moves rookie program from D.C. to Fla.

BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) -- The NFL Players Association has moved is two-day educational program for rookies from Washington to Bradenton.

The seminar will take place June 28-29 at the IMG Academies.

One week after the league canceled its annual rookie symposium because of the owners' lockout of the players, the NFLPA announced "The Business of Football, Rookie Edition." All 254 drafted rookies are invited.

The forum will cover financial education and planning; proper behavior on and off the field; dealing with media; and other information to prepare rookies for a future in the NFL.
