The New England Patriots announced Tuesday that they have signed seven players to future contracts, including wide receiver Tiquan Underwood, who was cut to the team just prior to the Super Bowl.
In addition to Underwood, the Patriots also signed defensive back Ross Ventrone,�linebacker Markell Carter, wide receiver Britt Davis, offensive lineman Matt Kopa, defensive end Aaron Lavarias and linebacker Mike Rivera.
All of the players signed spent time on the Patriots practice squad in 2011.
