5 former Arkansas football players ink NFL deals

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) � Five former Arkansas football players have signed free-agent contracts with NFL teams.

Defensive end Damario Ambrose and fullback Van Stumon have inked agreements with the St. Louis Rams; corner back Ramon Broadway has a deal with the San Diego Chargers; offensive tackle Ray Dominguez joined the Green Bay Packers and linebacker Anthony Leon has signed on with the Baltimore Ravens.

Ambrose ended his career at Arkansas with 88 tackles, six sacks and a forced fumble, while Stumon had two touchdowns and two rushes along with his blocking duties.

Broadway finished his career with 165 tackles, 20 pass breakups, four fumble recoveries, two interceptions and two forced fumbles.

Dominguez appeared in 41 games with 33 starts and Leon finished his college career with 85 tackles, 2.5 sacks and three pass breakups.
