North Carolina freshman Harrison Barnes, who was named a preseason All-American before even playing a game for the Tar Heels, on Monday offered a timetable on when he might make a decision on the NBA draft.
"It'll probably be in at least a week, week and a half or so," Barnes said, according to The Daily Tar Heel.
After a relatively slow start to his freshman season, Barnes finished the year averaging 15.7 points and 5.8 rebounds for UNC, which reached the NCAA tournament's Elite Eight before losing to Kentucky.
Barnes told the newspaper that he has yet to talk with coach Roy Williams about his decision. The 6-8 forward is projected as a top-five pick in the draft should he elect to turn pro.
John Henson, a 6-10 sophomore that averaged 11.7 points, 10.1 rebounds and 3.2 blocks a game this year, said his decision could come sooner.
"I'll have a decision by Saturday," Henson told the newspaper.
Henson, who uses his length to wreak havoc on the defensive end of the floor, is projected by some to be a lottery pick in the NBA draft.
