Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger wasn?t happy to lose Bruce Arians, his longtime offensive coordinator this winter. And according to ESPN, he still hasn?t spoken to Todd Haley, who?s in line to replace Arians next season.
?He still hasn?t called yet,? Roethlisberger told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, as relayed by the four-letter network.
The Steelers let Arians? contract expire at the end of this past season, calling his exit a retirement; Arians, however, found a new job as offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts.
Haley took over the job after he was fired as head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs on Dec. 13. Roethlisberger says he?s talked to sources around the league about Haley, hearing feedback ?good, bad and indifferent.?
?I?ve heard a lot of things and I?m looking forward to meeting him and forming my own opinion,? Roethlisberger said last week.
