Mark Cuban had enough.
And the Mavericks' owner was sick of Lamar Odom not performing up to his potential. So like he so often does, Cuban took matters into his own hands.
According to ESPNDallas.com, Cuban visited the Dallas locker room at halftime of the Mavericks' loss to the Grizzlies on Sunday to ask Odom if he was "in or out."

Apparently, Odom was out. He was placed on the inactive list, a mutual decision with the Mavericks. He averaged career lows of 6.6 points and 20.5 minutes a game, and was often late to practices and team meetings.
"I just asked him, does he want to go for it or not. Is he in or is he out? I think he thought we were playing poker. I just didn't get a commitment. And that was the end," Cuban told reporters Tuesday night. "Just his response to it. Everybody goes through ups and downs. Every player does. We tried to put him in a position to succeed. ? It didn't work."
Odom was reportedly angered by Cuban's confrontation and finished the game playing four minutes. If only Khloe Kardashian had been there to defend him against Cuban.
