Filed under: Dolphins, Patriots, AFC East, NFL Quarterbacks, NFL AnalysisMIAMI -- Along the way to 100 victories as a starting quarterback, Tom Brady had enough memorable moments for a handful of Hall of Fame careers, celebrating wins like Monday night's 41-14 drowning of the Miami Dolphins alongside a few teammates who one day will join him in Canton.
"I've played on a great team for my entire career with the same organization that's committed to winning," Brady said after hitting the century victory mark in 131 games, faster than any quarterback in NFL history. "I'm privileged to be the quarterback of this team and I hope I'm here forever."
Brady's legacy in the game will be eternal, for sure, but the stronghold of Patriots fans who came to Sun Life Stadium looking to witness history may have needed to consult their programs more than usual. On a night when Randy Moss failed to catch a pass for the first time in five seasons, this wasn't your normal cast of red, white and blue characters coming up big.
