Filed under: Sports Business and MediaErin Andrews' lawyer has sent a letter to TheDirty.com demanding they take down images from the illegally-filmed nude video of Andrews that surfaced last year.
Over a year later, Andrews has discovered barely-censored images from the video still available online. In the letter to TheDirty.com, Andrews' lawyer demands the images be removed "from all search engine databases, including, but not limited to, Google," calling the images Andrews' copyright and their posting a violation of privacy.
In response, TheDirty.com has been defiant and aggressive, posting the pictures on the front page of the site and saying, "Erin Andrews, can you ask your lawyers if this is the post they want me to take down because I am confused? Welcome back to reality ... your fault."
