TULSA, Okla. (AP) � Oral Roberts will play its final scheduled non-conference series of the season when it hosts Mississippi Valley State for the first time.
The Golden Eagles (24-20) won three of four games in a Summit League series against South Dakota State this past weekend. Jared Schlehuber drove in nine runs, and pitchers Mike Torrence, Kurt Giller and Joe Spring earned victories in the series.
Mississippi Valley State (14-32) dropped three games to Alabama State during the same period, but beat Alabama 8-3 on April 18.
The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, which is Oral Roberts' annual Youth Baseball Day.
