Sterger has held up the investigation significantly while deciding whether to cooperate with it, but ultimately decided to talk with the NFL. Now, if the league doesn't punish Favre to Sterger's liking, she could publicly release evidence that he sent her explicit cell phone pictures.
According to Phil Reese, Sterger's manager, Sterger "provided extensive evidence that irrefutably proves there was harassment," adding, "No matter what happens Jenn has all legal remedies, including going public ... if the NFL doesn't clear her name."
Sterger's camp reportedly has more evidence than the photos that Deadspin has already released.
According to multiple reports, Favre is unlikely to face any discipline.
