Raiola didn't apologize for his actions, saying he "paid the price" for his actions.
"It's like when you're a kid, and you do something wrong, and you get beat up for it, your dad beats you up," Raiola said. "I got beat up. I got fined. Usually, you move on to the next day."
Raiola was also fined $7,500 in 2008 for giving the middle finger to hecklers at Ford Field. At the time, he said he had already been fined by then-coach Rod Marinelli for getting into other confrontations with fans.
"I'm just emotional," Raiola said today. "Interaction with the crowd, it's a part of every Sunday."
