This will be, perhaps, the week we see a few more undefeated teams fall. Kansas, Syracuse and new No. 1 Ohio State all have at least one challenge in the next seven days. All times ET.9. Tennessee (11-6, 1-2) at Georgia (13-3, 2-1), Tuesday, 7 p.m., ESPNU
Perhaps this is a lame attempt at establishing relevancy in the SEC. Still, this will be a compelling game in Athens. Georgia -- with a win over Kentucky under its belt -- will attempt to keep itself in prime position to make a run at the conference championship. Tennessee, of course, has had its ups and downs. Off a comeback win over Vanderbilt, it will be tested on the road. It will be interesting to see how it reacts under fill-in coach Tony Jones.
8. No. 17 Michigan State (12-5, 4-1) at No. 14 Purdue (15-3, 4-1), Saturday, 9 p.m., ESPN
This may not be fair, but it seems that both the Spartans and Boilermakers are on the brink of something bad. Michigan State is just waiting for a bad loss; the Spartans were able to sneak past Northwestern in East Lansing Saturday, but their luck may be running short. Purdue fell to West Virginia on the road, just a few days after suffering its second loss of the season at Minnesota. This game may send the winner on the right track and the loser in a spiral.
7. No. 2 Kansas (17-0, 2-0) at Baylor (12-4, 2-1), Monday, 9:30 p.m., ESPN
Kansas' real challenge may come later in the week against Texas, but this will be no easy task in Waco. Baylor is coming off a blowout loss at Iowa State, while the Jayhawks edged Nebraska in Lawrence. This would go a long way for the Bears, and it could be something of a trap game for Texas if it's are looking ahead to Saturday's showdown.
